| The bylaws of the organization set the years of service for directors and require efforts to represent all three grand divisions in the state. This is our first board, so more specific policies for director criteria are under development. Our bylaws provide extensive language on conflicts of interest. The Statement of Interest form uploaded must be completed by each director annually prior to first meeting of the year. |
