Description
Supported by TQEE, First8TN will tap the power of Tennesseans from six communities across our state to collaboratively design, implement and scale high-quality early care and education (ECE) systems locally while informing and advancing supportive state policies.

The six founding network partners, including United Way of Greater Nashville, represent a mix of urban, rural and suburban communities across Tennessee, and were selected based on their demonstrated commitment to addressing gaps in early childhood education, willingness to use data and evidence to accelerate their progress, and ability to convene and coordinate the diverse array of stakeholders necessary to accomplish the work.

CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments

TQEE does not provide traditional programs that serve children and families. We develop policy and advocate for policies that are proven to have positive impact on young children, birth to 8.
