| With unanimous assent, the Board has chosen a six month period from August 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023 to review recommended board duties and obligations, in order to ensure that Charis Ministries is enjoying the governance - both support and oversight - that is deserved. This includes formulating helpful policies, establishing meaningful duties for members and committees, designating terms of service and term limits, devising strategic plans, and generally providing the support that is needed for this important service to the Greater Nashville Community. All terms of service for members and officers are extended as necessary to remain in effect until expiration January 31, 2023. - Joe Flautt, Board Chair |
