The Board of Directors approved the Discover Madison, Inc. - Amqui Station Code of Ethics policy at the July 12, 2012 meeting. The Board of Directors at the March 2012 meeting approved a Fiscal Policy, a Whistleblower Policy, and a Personnel Policy. The board took into consideration an Exhibit Policy and Exhibit Plan for the Amqui Station Museum at the August 2013 board meeting. In the Fall of 2014, the board began a review of the bylaws. In 2015, the board revised the Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation and approved a sustainability plan.
