The Board of Directors of Discover Madison, Inc - Amqui Station have developed or are developing needed policies and procedures, such as a fiscal policy, whistleblower policy, personnel policy, as well as, a volunteer handbook and an office procedures handbook. An exhibit policy and exhibit plan has been developed and reviewed by the Exhibit Committee and was presented by that committee to the Board of Directors at the August 2013 board meeting. The board has participated in two active planning sessions: one in February 2013 and one in January 2014. A follow-up strategic planning session was planned for November 2014 that outlined strategic goals, initiatives, and priorities. The Discover Madison, Inc. Strategic Plan was developed and approved in December 2014.
