| TAP is blessed with an active and committed board. They provide crucial leadership on important issues in the state. We are the only organization in the south working with the Peace Development Fund on Board development. We are engaged in a systematic process to involve board members in program, resource development. We also focus on providing training and spaces for reflection for board members. |
