Many of the senior management staff have been with the agency 10 years or more. This stability in the management team has allowed Goodwill to use its resources in a consistent pattern of growth, maintaining its focus on mission of changing lives through education, training and employment. There is a maturity in the staff that allows for the successful management of the dual mission of the agency: serving people and remaining financially sound. Additional Risk Management Provisions: Cyber Defense Coverage, Terrorism Coverage
