| L. Alan's Experience: Founder L. Alan Reitano began his career as a theme park audio engineer and as recording engineer for Memphis based Highwater Records and over the course of a decade recorded nearly two dozen blues albums and singles including Hammie Nixon's critically acclaimed "Tapping that Thang" and Jessie Mae Hemphill's "Feelin' Good" which won the National Blues Foundation's Handy Award for Best Acoustic Blues Album in 1992. He also did several projects with legendary Rock and Soul producer Don Nix. After a brief term as an assistant video editor at Ardent Teleproductions in Memphis, assisting on national commercials and music videos, Alan relocated to Nashville, TN and began working as an audio engineer for some of the biggest events and names in music including - The Beale Street Music Festival, Country Radio Seminar, CMA- Fanfare and showcases for Arista, RCA, Polygram, Capitol and dozens more. In 1999 he formed Cypress Creek Creative/Providence Moving Pictures, a multi-media company producing independent video and music for clients ranging from Hilton Hotels, Bridgestone/Firestone, FedEx, Ford Motor Company, Ingram Entertainment, Arby's, Disney, Warner Brothers and many more... From 2002 -2007 he was part of Bud Schaetzle and David Branson's team that created Martina McBride's giant screen multi-media extravaganza, "The Joy of Christmas." In 2013 the film "Family Business" produced for Hilton Garden Inn received a "Telly Award," for corporate film.In December of 2014 Alan completed a CNM certification in Non-Profit Fundraising. | |
