| Candace's Experience: In 2010, Candace began working for Barefoot Republic Camp where she worked for eight years, serving as Program Director and later as Development Director and Residential Camp Director. Candace decided to further her commitment to nonprofit work and strengthen her skills by receiving her Masters in Nonprofit Management from Lipscomb University, along with a Rule 31 Conflict Mediation Certificate. In January of 2018, Candace took over Coach Approach, Inc as Executive Director and in June of 2018 also took over Day 7, Inc as Executive Director. In August of 2019, she merged the two organizations into one, under the name Day 7. | |
