CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments

As Executive Director, I am compelled to provide excellent training and mentoring of staff so that as we grow, our staff can grow with us. This focus encourages and elicits further multiplication of our efforts while maintaining our high standards of excellence and integrity. In 2015, advanced training modules were developed for home and program staff to solidify the team within each residential home. Due to an increase in recent years of residents with multiple and complex trauma, training specifically related to trauma has been incorporated in an ongoing capacity for program staff. As we continue to multiply our reach as an organization, increased attention will be focused on staff development in each department.
