Soles4Souls was honored in 2023 by The Nonprofit Times as one of the Best Nonprofits to Work For. Buddy is a thought leader, speaker, and author of the book Shoestrings: How Your Donated Shoes and Clothes Help People Pull Themselves Out of Poverty. Buddy has been a YPO Global Impact Award Finalist and was included in Footwear News' 2019 Power List for his leadership in the nonprofit and footwear space.
