Term Start | March 2020 |
Phil's Experience: Supporting Faith Family's mission of serving people by meeting their physical, emotional and spiritual needs is what drew Phil to FFMC as its Chief Development Officer in March 2020. It is that same mission - to provide hope and healing to our hardworking neighbors in need - that drives Phil now as President and CEO since April 2021. A graduate of Lipscomb University and the University of Kentucky College of Law, nearly all of his professional life has been spent in the nonprofit space. After practicing law at Watkins, McGugin, McNeilly and Rowan in downtown Nashville, Phil served both as General Counsel for nearly 20 years and Vice President for Alumni Relations for 4 years, both at Lipscomb University. He also served as President of Middle Tennessee Christian School, during which time the school experienced unprecedented financial health and success. |

CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Faith Family Medical Center is comprised of caring individuals - our staff, volunteers and Board work together to care for our neighbors in need. Our long-tenured and dedicated staff is deeply committed to our patients and works as a team to ensure the patients receive the care they need. We all work diligently to maintain a culture of excellence. Our Board remains mission-focused and has stayed abreast of the changes in health reform as it affects our patients. We offer placement opportunities for many healthcare students in the community: Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Physicians and Nurses. We partner with Lipscomb University's College of Pharmacy. We offer many opportunities for volunteers to help us onsite or in their own offices. We do not have any challenges related to our staffing or management. |
