Jeremy's Experience: Executive Director, Jeremy Perry has gained educational experience as both a high school educator and college administrator. Jeremy has a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication and a Master's Degree in Sports Administration from Tennessee State University. Jeremy has extensive professional experience in marketing and education. His didactic approach as a Athletic Academic Advisor has bolstered the production of the Athletic Department at TSU. During his tenure, Jeremy has helped hundreds of athletes accomplish both educational and professional goals. Prior to his time at Tennessee State University, Jeremy taught Broadcasting at Hillsboro High School, where his students received Honor Mention Honors from the White House Film Festival. He is privileged to work with both professional and amateur athletes on various strategies to expand their legacy beyond sports. Recognized as a speaker and empowerment coach, he has established a "Win Everyday" attitude amongst his listening audiences. Jeremy's engaging leadership style has cultivated leaders from diverse sectors of society. Building upon the thought of repeating success, he has embraced the use of core values to produce results. |

Our greatest organizational challenge with staffing is our inability to provide substantial salaries to staff. We are currently looking for grant funding that gives our staff members transitional funding as they commit to full-time status. |
