Judy's Experience: Judy Orr is a proven leader with strong business management skills, knowledge of the social services sector, and a firm grounding in the Catholic faith and its social teaching. She is a licensed social worker and has a Master of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Vanderbilt University.Prior to joining Catholic Charities of Tennessee, Judy served as Vice President, Mission-Based Services for Alive Hospice, based in Nashville. At Alive Hospice she leads a team focused on providing end of life clinical education, bereavement support, and community outreach in addition to marketing operations and fund-raising. Prior to that she served as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Creative Services for Vanderbilt University where she led a team focused on the branding and marketing of the university while improving the department's efficiencies in publication production and client support throughout the institution. Judy worked at the Ingram Book Company for ten years prior to joining the university.A Father Ryan High School alumna, she has served as chair of its board of trust.
