| Amber's Experience: Amber Oxley joined Abintra as Head of School in July 2023. She is a seasoned leader with extensive knowledge and experience in educational administration, effective team building, curriculum development, special education, financial and facilities management oversight, and communication. Amber has served in leadership roles (Director, COO, Assistant Principal) at both independent and public Montessori schools in Ohio, as well as has experience leading development and annual giving campaign teams at Case Western Reserve University. Amber's education and certifications are as follows: -AMI Adolescent Diploma from International Montessori Training Institute -Empowering People in the Workforce Facilitator from Positive Discipline Association -Bachelor of Fine Arts from College of Santa Fe -Master of Science in Change Management and Organizational Design from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University |
