| Tim's Experience: Tim has more than 20 years of non-profit experience and has led organizations with as many as 500 employees and revenues in excess of $100 million through turnaround, survival and growth modes.Tim has spent the last fifteen years as a Chief Executive Officer. Since 2010, Tim has led the Tennessee Valley and River Valley Blood Services Regions as Chief Executive Officer for the American Red Cross, providing services across four states. In this role, he steered both regions through difficult periods of transition. He concentrated on building relationships, increasing financial resources, improving efficiencies and developing leadership staff at all levels of the organization. Due to his accomplishments, Tim has been recognized with multiple leadership awards throughout his career. Known for strong leadership skils, strategic development and achieving bottom-line results, he has been an executive mentor for many senior leaders. | |
