| Jay's Experience: Jay Crosson began his career with Cumberland Heights in 1993 and accepted his role as Chief Financial Officer in 2011. In May 2015, Jay was named CEO concluding a six month search.Jay has served Cumberland Heights in many capacities during his tenure. Previous to becoming CFO, Jay was Director of Patient Accounting. He has also worked as Admissions and Accounts Receivable Manager and Director of Admissions and Accounts Receivable during his career at Cumberland Heights. While earning his MBA, Jay had a focus in business negotiation and mediation, which led him to become a State Supreme Court mediator for civil issues.Jay is a Nashville native and graduate of MTSU. He earned his MBA from Belmont University. | |
