Needs
Safe Entry Inc.'s most pressing need is funding to provide services to mentally ill individuals unable to pay to ensure all people have access to great treatment regardless of their ability to pay; Community Outreach funds and/or partnerships allowing clients to partake in community field trips that are not currently affordable to them or us as a non-profit but could be beneficial to their treatment. The support of donors allows us to implement new programs in the area of depression, psychosis, addictions and suicide prevention.

Board Chair Statement
It is a challenge at times to convey just how important the proper care for Mental Health can be. It saddens me as governing body to hear news stories like the Waffle House Shooting (So close to home) or the Christmas Bomber. Our center deals with these type of people each day. We do our best to work with them in hopes that you never have to hear about them in such stories as this. While we do services some participants with criminal acts associated with their mental illness, in my 2 year tenure at the organization, we have had no client involved in a felony crime. This isn't a statistic we speak of often or even think about until incidents come across our newswire that clearly indicate the offender suffered from Mental Illness and others were harmed as a result!
