Description
Training and multiplication of the student leaders, so they can more effectively lead their on-campus FCA huddle Group. Many students and coaches are scholarshipped to attend a week-long 'FCA Leadership Camp', where they train in Christian leadership, as well as personal spiritual disciplines (how to have a daily devotional time, prayer time, be a witness to their friends, etc.). FCA targets the athletes and coaches, because they have such a tremendous influence on the other students. Example at Tennessee State University - the student athletes at TSU were trained and 'How' to give their 'Christian testimony' in 3-5 minutes. As a result, several of these athletes have gone to urban Nashville middle schools and spoken to those kids about living alcohol, drug, and sex free.
