Long-term Success
Artist development in the music industry has evolved over time, leaving most of the early progress to the artist themselves. For the most part, the days are gone when a record label developed up and coming talent. The question continuously arises for those young artists, "where do I start"? This program area is designed to expose emerging artists to music business resources, tools, performance and vocal development training. It is our goal that 100% of our program participants create commercially viable songs, secure performance opportunities, publishing and/or recording contracts.
Short-term Success
100% of our participating young adult emerging artists gain the necessary skills to create commercially viable content within the program as they reallocate their personal budget for quality of life items such as housing, food or medicine prior to the completion of the program.

Program participants will be given homework assignments throughout the process and perform their skills in a showcase.
