Description
Building Excellent Schools, a partner of TCSC, prepares leaders to design, found and lead urban charter schools of uncompromising excellence through the Building Excellent Schools Fellowship. The two year Fellowship entails approximately 85 training days in Boston, an extended residency in a high-performing charter school, and on-going coaching and support around board and charter application development. Fellows receive additional support and coaching from Building Excellent Schools and the Tennessee Charter School Center as they guide their schools successfully through start-up and early operation.
