CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments

SEEDS' major challenge is funding and volunteers. Sources of funds have largely been through Giving Tuesday, Giving Matters and other donors, which forces our operations to be at a small scale. The need for counseling assistance and improving our participants' health to better empower them has never been greater. Counseling and business support in 2020 will be our focus.

Foundation Staff Comments

This organization filed a 990-N form with the IRS, which does not provide specific financial information. Most small tax-exempt organizations whose annual gross receipts are normally $50,000 or less ($25,000 for tax years ending after December 31, 2007 and before December 31, 2010) are required to electronically submit Form 990-N, also known as the e-Postcard, unless they choose to file a complete Form 990 or Form 990-EZ instead.
