CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments

The Board and management are working very hard as we move into 2018-2020. We have been keeping abreast and planning around current and up and coming challenges. The decreased revenue and increased costs associated with providing quality supports continues to be an issue. The Board hopes to continue the tradition of providing supports as a small agency. In the past CCO has been able to find support and be innovative and maintain the mission of individualized supports. CCO still believes small is best and the services rendered can be tailored specifically towards the needs of those we support. Remaining small shifts the focus on generating alternate revenue or finding partnerships and supports outside the state and federal funding that has sustained us for years.
