Although our board members have varying schedules, we will seek a concensus on issues outside of a scheduled board meeting via an internet chat room set up for more immediate communications when necessary. Although there is a limited time frame for our Board President, at this time our by-laws do not give a specific time frame for our Board Vice President and we re-review at the end of the Board President's term.
