CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
| We now have Executive Board members totaling 5 offices with ancillary board members to fill numerous other committee and sub-committee chairs including but not limited to Building and Grounds, Business Affairs(finance, legal), Drama, Front of House, Fund Development/Marketing (currently chaired by our new Board Vice President Buffi Holland), Safety and Security, Sales, Technology, Production and Volunteers. Our executive board office terms are 2-4 years and the officer must roll off of this position after 4 years. We find recruiting volunteers easy for show productions, however encouraging them to be a part of particular committees or subcommittees is somewhat of a challenge, so this continues to be a work in progress. We are always looking for ways to connect more with the Old Hickory and Greater Nashville Community. |
