CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments

Our chapter, started in 2005, is the first one in Tennessee. As an all-volunteer chapter with no paid staff, it can be a challenge when looking to fill certain Board positions that require specific knowledge, skills, and abilities such as finance, technology and marketing . Despite this, we have experienced great success over the years. As reflected by our ability to meet and exceed our revenue goals this fiscal year, we have no doubt this upward trend will continue. Our successful fundraising and grant activities have better positioned us to continue to improve and expand our programs and increase awareness in Nashville of our organization and the important work we do.
