CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Love Helps, inc. continues to build and develop. Our current board is interested in seeing that the organization grows responsibly. We continue to develop our infrastructure and prepare for growth. We continue to build our policies and procedures manual. We must continue to strengthen our management and governance as the foundation upon which our growth and capacity will be built so that we can impact more children in this community. As a result, our board is expected to grow and diversify as well over the next few years. We currently do not have term limits for our board members; however, we do for our officer positions on the board. We also strive to keep our efficiency high through the use of technology. In addition, we are currently seeking to build a larger base of individual contributors to strengthen and diversify our base of support. |
