Description
Through the Character LIVE! program students in grades 1-12 can participate in workshops that teaches them about important topics such as, handling emotions, self-esteem, mutual respect, responsible decision making and teamwork. Forty-five minute teaching sessions are conducted in school classrooms on topics which support positive behavior. We retooling and expanding our in-class presentations as we wait for COVID restriction/limitations to ease.

Description
The Triple 'A' Achiever Awards program recognizes achieving elementary students who were doing well in school in the areas of Academics, Attendance and Attitude. Each grading period, student achievers receive award certificates and encouraging cards/letters from governmental leaders and community volunteers for their positive efforts. During the previous school year, we distributed more than 5,800 award certificates to more than 3,500 elementary students in 9 Metro. Nashville Public Schools. Also, we distributed more than 15,300 encouraging cards/letters from volunteers to students. Historically, over 70% over the participating teachers surveyed stated that this program was beneficial for their students. We also continue to receive new requests for this program.

Description
The LEADING by READING program promotes literacy and positive behavior by bringing community role model volunteers into public school kindergarten classrooms on weekly basis to read children's stories on character building and responsible behavior themes. During the past school year, our volunteers read 370 books in-person to 495 kindergarten students in 22 classrooms at 7 Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools. Most students we serve live in poverty. Historically, over 85% of the participating teachers surveyed stated that the program was beneficial for their students. We also continue to receive new requests from schools for this program.

Description
The TOOLS for SCHOOLS program provides teachers with materials to encourage positive behavior and discipline in their classrooms. These materials include disciplinary forms/cards as well as encouraging notes and cards. These products which we have designed can be ordered by educators for use in their classroom/school on a daily basis to promote positive behavior and student achievement. This program was conducted on a limited basis due to COVID restrictions/limitations. We filled 98 orders from 91 teachers at 8 Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools. We worked with a graphic designer to redesign some of our products and design some new ones. Historically, more than 70% of educators stated that the products were beneficial for their students.
