Description
The Prematurity Campaign has a variety of components to reach our community. One of those ways is through our Prematurity Media Campaign. Placing Public Service Announcements is an excellent way to increase public awareness of the severity of this problem. The March of Dimes conducts instruction awareness of the problems of prematurity, teach the signs of preterm labor, and educate women that they need to seek medical attention when experiencing the symptoms of preterm labor.

Description
NICU Family Support is a direct service program that provides information and comfort to families experiencing teh hospitalization of their newborn inteh neonatal intensive care unit. A part-time March of Diems NICU Family Support Specialist provides distributes educational materials, conducts parent hours, facilitate important family centered activities and bring critical awareness to NICU staff on how to best comfort parents and other family members through this journey.
