*The organization has established personnel policies which are explained in a board approved Employee Handbook. The organizations also has Board approved financial procedures and policies manual. *It is noteworthy to mention that the organization as Conexi?n Am?ricas emerged as a rebirth of the Hispanic Family Resource Center where two separate groups joined efforts and maximized the impact of their skills and resources (refer to the background section). *Finally, we want to highlight the fact that strategically, Conexi?n Am?ricas never launches a program by itself. Every program is the result of collaboration, a partnership or a strategic alliance with at least one other organization. We recognize that the best way to leverage the impact that we have in the programs we offer to Hispanic families, is by working together with other organizations. We are proud of the impact that this organization is having in our community; we couldn't have done it without the support and association of all our partners, collaborators and funders. |
