At Goodpasture we are blessed to have a waiting pool of able and qualified individuals applying for positions. This ensures that any staffing needs that the school is facing are addressed quickly with the right individual for the position in need. As well, we have been fortunate enough to have a very low turnover rate within our staff and faculty roles. This allows us to onboard and acclimate faculty and staff to the school, and provides for loyalty, training, and specialization between the staff and administration. With this long term commitment, we are able to provide the training and support allowing for our faculty to have the tools, knowledge, and experience to provide the best possible education and environment to our students. We provide competitive compensation to ensure that staff morale stays high, while turnover is kept low. This contributes to the overall quality and effectiveness of our organization and the education in which it provides. |
