| One of the greatest challenges and opportunities of our school is to enable ongoing professional growth for our faculty members. Such professional growth is derived through continuing to provide the opportunity for faculty and staff to attend best practice and teaching conferences and seminars. Through this ongoing education faculty are able to stay up to date and informed on new research, studies, and best practices for providing the best possible education and learning environment for students. This will allow for our faculty and students to continue to excel in their personal and professional lives. As well, the greatest opportunity Goodpasture faces is being a positive force within the lives of the students that we serve. We have a challenging, and yet, wonderful opportunity to make this education available to underserved populations through need-based financial aid. This will allow us to continue to enable those students that would otherwise not be able to afford it, to obtain a quality education in a Christian environment. |
