Summer week-long camps with 6 hours daily of lessons, games and personal instruction. Two-day weekend camps are held twice annually.

Chess Center hosts Children's Chess Day every Sunday, public lectures by local chess master Monday nights and private or small group classes by appointment.

During the school year, the Chess Center sponsors scholastic chess tournaments for 200 students at a different school each month. A city wide tournament is held annually.
