| Shannon's Experience: Shannon Wagner joined NCRC in 2023 as Assistant Director before becoming Executive Director in 2024. Shannon is a fundraising professional with more than 17 years of fundraising experience with a focus in institutional and annual giving. Her fundraising experience is varied and includes a diverse array of nonprofits focused on social services, education, and the arts. She recently graduated with her Masters at Lipscomb University in Conflict Management. She is Rule 31 trained. She also serves on the Board of Directors at Nashville Emerging Leaders. | |
