Description
Working with people outside of hospitals, we spend one-on-one time with individuals struggling with emotional and physical needs. Pat Ward has over four decades of experience dealing with children and families in crisis. Her outreach to women, men, and children continues to extend our work.

CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
| Our Hospital Chaplaincy and Consultation work is done by Russ Corley and Pat Ward. We work (1) with patients and families to provide support during a hospitalization and (2) outside the hospital environment with individuals, families, and churches in crisis. Our Teaching/Training Program is an effort to educate others in an approach to ministry that emphasizes communication and the building of strong and supportive relationships in a time of crisis. Our practical experience of working with church leaders during a crisis has allowed us to more clearly apply and refine principles of leadership in stabilizing a crisis situation and encouraging hope. We desire to serve others in the future as they face leadership challenges at an institutional level. |
