Description
The Cookery Culinary Program is a year round culinary training center for the homeless who wish to learn skills in restaurant/food industry. Each semester is taught by Executives Chef Brett Swayn and team.

Long-term Success
Our Culinary Program gives each student the opportunity to gain employable skills. The long term success is up to each individual. Only those who have passed the Manage level ServSafe Test and are certified, along with demonstrating the skills necessary in each station in the commercial kitchen setting are graduated. We have had students go to restaurant and hotel kitchen jobs as well as continuing education after the program.
Short-term Success
Short Term Success is demonstrated by each individuals growth and gain of a new skill set. Most students have been able to maintain sobriety for the duration of the program.

The Discipleship Houses provides housing for up to 14 men creating community and opportunity for healing and restoration. Expectation is that each house member pays rent and commit to a lifestyle of discipleship and service.
