CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
The CSCCF operates as a separate entity from the College while acknowledging the need to work in concert to ensure the best outcomes for all stakeholders. A Reciprocal Agreement delineates this partnership. The Office of Advancement works with the Foundation to fulfill its mission and reach Foundation goals in the areas of fundraising, community enrichment, grant writing, scholarship stewardship and expanding and strengthening relationships. After 40 years of existence, it has become time for the Foundation to revisit its goals, operational procedures and policies, vision and mission. This process began in 2011 and will continue until our Board of Trustees believe we are fully prepared for continued, heightened success in the upcoming decades. The Trustee Committee has committed to prioritizing and reviewing necessary changes, revisions, additions and enhancements to existing documents as well as creating for presentation to the full Board of Trustees new proposed policies and operational procedures. |
