CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
Lilly Endowment program research suggests that two factors are essential for ministers to thrive for the long term: mentoring in the first five years and participation in non-expertise based peer or colleague groups. The Disciples House model fosters precisely those two factors, connected with a rigorous theological grounding and a commitment to ministry as seeking to build communities that love God and love neighbor in equal measure. |
