Description
Green Hills Park Festival takes place every September. 2021 will be the fifth year for the Festival. The Festival is free and open to the public. Funds are raised primarily through sponsorships and a silent auction. The Festival offers activities in the park for all ages, including food trucks and vendors, an obstacle course, a Walk-Bike bike rodeo, a football game trailer, and live entertainment. When the sun goes down, we show a family-friendly movie on a large outdoor screen. It has been extremely popular and successful. Last year we raised over $15,000. Attendence is estimated at over 1,200.

Description
The playground equipment in the park serves very young children - yet the park is located next to a middle school. We wish to add play and exercise equipment that can be used for middle schoolers and adults. So far we have added stumps and wooden balance beams. The next phase will be exercise equipment along the walking path.
