CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
As previously stated, due to the previous problems we discovered, we have moved away from a paid Executive Director to an unpaid but hands-on Executive Committee and Board. Each Executive Committee or Board member fulfilling a senior management role has expertise in that area. We believe this day-to-day control by the Board and Executive Committee is necessary and has returned the organization to fiscal health and operational efficiency and accountability. |
