| Jeff's Experience: Before joining PCN, I served as the Program Director at UpRise Nashville for the past six years. In that role, I witnessed the transformative power of Christ-centered job training programs. This experience, coupled with my passion for community development, has prepared me well to lead PCN. I am excited to explore the different ways that PCN's unique, long-term relational approach will accentuate a more focused workforce preparation program, and I know the steps PCN takes to grow in that direction over the next few years will help our participants thrive. |
