CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
As we celebrate Radnor Lake's 50th Anniversary this year, we not only take pride in our accomplishments, but also look to the future. From the very beginning the preservation of Radnor Lake and its establishment as a protected Tennessee Natural Area depended upon a partnership among an organized and committed public, private and corporate sponsorship, and state government leadership. That model has created the park we all love and treasure today, and I am confident it is the model for assuring that Radnor Lake remains forever and for everyone. I thank our 2000+ volunteers, our corporate funding partners, and everyone who contributes to Friends of Radnor Lake. Together, by carrying the mantle today, we will ensure a centennial celebration of Radnor Lake by those who succeed us. |
