CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
As a relatively young organization, TCCN has been well-served by the knowledge and passion of the Board members that have brought the organization to its current level of success. TCCN's current strategic plan acknowledges the need to convene an active Governance Committee to grapple with issues such as board diversity, a clearer statement of board vs. executive director authority/responsibility and as well as a plan for Board leadership succession. This work has been accomplished in large measure but will remain a top priority. |
