Description
Women's 12-month, faith-based, re-entry program. Women coming directly out of incarceration will be discipled in establishing a relationship with Jesus in a safe, loving home environment that fosters growth. The program allows women to learn life skills such as cooking, cleaning, finances, parenting, healthy coping skills, and boundaries. Workforce development courses will provide computer, interviewing, and resume building skills needed to gain employment. Women will also be given the opportunity to develop healthy lifestyles through nutritional education and fitness training. We will also provide the ladies with opportunities to give back to the community through community service work and sharing their faith through testimonies. The program also encourages and assist in furthering education whether HSE/GED, college, or trade school. Discovering hobbies and talents is also a priority for women to adopt a positive lifestyle, so we offer activities taught by passionate volunteers.
