CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments

One of the largest challenges in this area centers on finding qualified volunteers who have the time to be WNSL Board Members. We are currently working to promote and provide more information on how volunteers can get involved by updating parents and the community leaders on board opportunities. An opportunity from the WNSL exits to have a diverse league as well as diverse board. We recently were able to extend our presence into inner city by promoting registration in the Metropolitan School System which has increased our diversity. .
