Description
HMIS is the database where agencies can track assistance provided to individuals and families across Rutherford County who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. H3ARC provides this database free to organizations that want to track this in-depth level of information about the assistance and programs they provide. While participation in HMIS is required for many federal grants from U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD), it is also a best practice for agencies operating shelters, transitional houses, street outreach providers, and permanent housing programs.
H3ARC administers the database, provides training and ongoing to support to user-agencies across Rutherford County, and facilitates coordination between user agencies to get the most of our HMIS.
