Jason's Experience: Jason has been director of Digital Marketing for his day job for over 10 years. He handles all of their digital market, builds websites, manages them, creates email campaigns, produces videos, runs lead programs, and provides consulting work. He has a lot of experience with concert photography, video and audio production, self management skills, team building, and digital marketing. He's also an idea generator that comes up with on ways to create a bigger positive impacts within the music community in Nashville, TN. He holds a Bachelor of the Arts for telecommunications. He held a Community Service Chair for 5 semesters in college, which is where he learned how much he enjoyed giving back to the community. He also held Vice President of his fraternity for one semester which taught him many team leadership skills. As the co-founder and Executive Director of Music Neighbors, he has been able to harness the skills from his day job and college experience to further the organizations mission. Currently he is doing so on the side during evening and weekends. |

Chelsea's Experience: After serving nearly 9 years as a Graphic Designer and Art Director at a local promotional products company, Chelsea stepped in full time as the Operations Director in September of 2022. She's utilizing her project management, team leadership, and problem solving skills she gained from her previous employment to help further the organizations impact in the community. Additionally, she holds a BA in telecommunications and has harnessed this skill to assist with the organizations video and photo services. During the first 6 months with Music Neighbors, Chelsea put her design skillsets to work in rebranding the organization and restructuring the website. She also spearheaded the first major PR and fundraiser campaign and has overhauled their social media campaign structuring. |
