Our in-person dance classes run year-round and serve individuals of all ages and all ability levels. We teach various dance styles but focus mainly on Groovy Moves (our signature style!), Ballet + Lyrical, and Creative Movement. In 2023, we launched two new classes: Musical Theatre & Latin Dance.

We partner with other like-minded organizations and schools in the greater Nashville area to bring our classes to the individuals they serve. This of course includes organizations that reach people in the disability community but beyond that, it allows us to reach other under-served communities as well. We intentionally target areas that are socioeconomically disadvantaged and/or non-English speaking.

Description
In 2020, we started offering weekly virtual classes in response to COVID-19. This turned out to be one of the biggest silver linings of the year because we now have students across the country who come together each week to dance and meet friends! It's safe to say, this new channel of our programming is here to stay.
