| The current Board of Directors acts as both governing body and part-time director at this time. On July 1, 2023, we hired a part-time Development and Marketing Director to assist with public awareness, media needs, fund-raising, etc.. With this hire, the Board of Directors will begin to function as a traditional Board of Directors typically functions. Additionally, the Board of Directors is currently seeking to improve the diversity of it's membership. The Board is in the process of identifying potential candidates for future nomination to the Board. |
