N. Rochelle's Experience: N. Rochelle Brock Glover is a high-level strategic thinking and planning individual and the ability to envision and convey the organization's strategic future to the staff, board, volunteers and donors with the ability to effectively communicate the organization's mission to donors, volunteers and the overall community. She has been working with justice and system-impacted women for over 15 years and running with the passion for change by gathering women to help her push the mission of BID forward and it was in 2021 when Bloom Into Destiny became a non-profit organization to make a greater impact. She demonstrated the ability to oversee and collaborate with staff and a history of successfully generating new revenue streams and improving financial results as well as active fundraising experience. She also demonstrates excellent donor relations skills and an understanding of the funding community and with previous success in establishing relationships with individuals and organizations of influence including funders, partner agencies and volunteers. She has solid organizational abilities, including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation and a strong financial management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision making and reporting, written and oral communication skills, work ethic and strong public speaking ability. She is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Supervisor with the State of Tennessee and Certified Trauma Trainer and Specialist. She will be graduating with her a dual degree in Crisis Psychology and Minor in Public Administration in May of 2023. |
